I have been a practicing mental health clinician since 2008. I hold a doctorate (PhD) in Mental Health Counseling,  am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State, am a Board-Certified National Certified Counselor (NCC), and hold a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse-Trainee certificate (NY State). I will soon be licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey.

My clinical work specializes in work with individuals, couples and families including children, adolescents, young adults, adults and seniors. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive approach to therapy with a focus on wellness and restoration to a state of mental health and well-being. Treatment goals are decided collaboratively with my clients.

I am here to help you to achieve your goals, obtain insight, and to attain positive growth and development. I welcome diverse clients and I am willing to have difficult conversations about race, gender, sexuality, inequality, systemic racism and injustice and the impacts on individuals, families and communities.
